 Active Rental™ is a unique approach to overseas property investment which has been developed by West Properties International. Distinct from the standard ‘Guaranteed Rental Yield’, which is often simply added to the price, West Properties International’s Active Rental™ system generates actual and sustainable demand for rental in your property.Our approach involves four key components: West Travel We market a number of completed developments as self catering holiday apartments on our Bulgarian travel site westtravel.ie. This site has access to a worldwide market, promoting Bulgaria and our development locations to the ever growing number of tourists visiting Bulgaria each year. Travel Partners We have agreements with a number of well established tour operators which will see them block booking a number of our developments at certain times of the year. Iris Trade Our partner company Iris Trade, operating from our Sofia Headquarters, has access to a large number of corporate clients seeking medium to long term lets in Sofia. West Property Management As well as providing maintenance and management to all West Properties International developments, West Property Management also manages and communicates vacancies in all developments to the local rental market. This ensures local sustained demand and also a quick response to a property becoming available. 4 Year Cycle We typically operate our Active Rental™ System over a 4 year cycle beginning when the client purchases a property and signs the rental agreement. This agreement stipulates all personal usage terms, if required, and clearly outlines all associated charges. At the beginning of year 4 we will sit with clients to discuss their investment, at this stage another rental agreement can be arranged. |
