West Properties International is a member of the West Incorporated Group of companies, Bulgaria's leading provider of overseas investment properties. All these companies have been established to support the overseas investor when entering and operating in the Bulgarian property market. Our areas of operation include Construction, Engineering, Legal advice and services, Financial and Taxation advice and services, Property Management and Letting and Travel Services.

It is our intention to best serve all of our clients through a total approach to managing and maintain the purchased property, ensuring tax compliance and efficiency and carrying out all the required due diligence on all lands and properties we develop. We have employed external auditors to oversee all aspects of our business for your piece of mind.

West Properties International markets and sells all West Incorporated developments to the global market directly and through approved selling agents.   West Legal provides legal advice and services including due diligence and notary services to all potential and existing clients.   West Property Management provides all maintenance and day to day management of clients properties including all tenant issues.   West Accounting advises clients on all taxation, business, financial management and regulatory requirements in both Ireland and Bulgaria.
           
   
 
           
West Engineering is responsible for build quality and design on all West Incorporated developments from design stage through to final snagging.   West Travel Bulgaria has been established to promote Bulgaria to the U.K. and Irish tourist markets delivering active rental to client’s properties.   West Boutique Hotels provide clients with a fresh approach to overseas property investment by offering apartment units in fully functioning boutique hotels with amazing facilities.   West Construction overseas the delivery of high quality construction to projects within time scales and according to budget.
